This June we will focus on the ultimate challenge in China (and across the world): Hiring and Retaining Top Talent! Discussion will be led by two woman who have developed talent at companies across the world, from our local KABB to Goldman Sachs in NYC.

Michelle’s business coaching practice is based on the cornerstones of focus, strategic thinking, and valuing talent. As COO of Blue Horizon Management (Blue Frog and KABB) during its rapid expansion, she developed her ability to rapidly evaluate and assimilate the current state of a team, in order to assess what is required for growth, scale or improvement. Michelle is a master at reengineering organizations to attain their strategic goals. She also specializes in Topgrading®, a world leading talent management strategy that is proven to dramatically increase the percentage of A players within organizations.
